Rachel Update

Let's see..Rachel is going to be 4 in two weeks!!!! She is still in love with princesses and she's obsessed with writing everyone/anyone's name. She can write most letters and can sound them all out but still hasn't made the connection that sounds together make the word even though she gets the concept of the "beginning sound" of a word....conversely, she vehemently opposed to numbers and learning anything related to numbers!

She's very opinionated and headstrong, and has quite a temper when she's upset...hhhmmm,...?? who did she get that from???? On the other hand, she can be very sweet at times. One day, we were talking about a new girl at her school and how it would be nice to befriend her since she doesn't know anyone. So the next day, Rachel came home and told me that she played with the new girl but she forgot her name!

She's adjusting to Amanda and I think at times, really enjoys her...but I have to keep an eye on them! They crack each other up doing the strangest things!
