Tucson...San Diego...Los Angeles??? Where ARE we going?

After Rachel finished her two day fever spell, Amanda got it next so we didn't get to leave for another week! We decided to not go to Tucson because we only had a week left and it wouldn't be worth the drive. We knew we were in trouble when half an hour into the drive, Rachel said, "I'm bored. Are we there yet? I'm tired of sitting in the car for so long." Thankfully, she was ok after that and both girls did relatively well in the car. We finally left last Friday and our first stop was Pasadena at Becky's place. Even though we were sad to have missed her (visiting family in Texas), we were thankful that the girls had a place to stay and play...and sleep! It was nice to have a crib for Amanda to sleep in and a fun girl's room for Rachel to sleep in.
