June Outings

Rachel went to her first church picnic! She had so much fun with the other kids there. They tried to play tug-o-war but didn't realize that they were supposed to be pulling on opposite ends. I couldn't convince her to join the watermelon eating contest. We ended up staying for quite a while in the afternoon but it was great because since Amanda was at home with Randy, we didn't have a time schedule to follow.

We went to CDM last Friday night for a special members' night to celebrate the opening of the Alice in Wonderland exhibit. Rachel and Amanda had a great time as some of our church friends and their families were also there.

The Sunday before, we also went to Gilroy Gardens for Father's Day with some families from church as well. We have no pictures of the latest happenings because (yeah!!!.ha, ha) the camera that we loathe finally BROKE!!!! I couldn't justify buying a camera if it wasn't broken but now we have reason to! We got the new camera, thanks to Peter's online tips, but haven't even had time to look at it and check it out yet. So the next several entries probably won't have pics in them either!
