Thanksgiving Week

During Thanksgiving week off, we all took turns getting sick...one after the other. Finally, after 5 days of being sick at home, we ventured out to SF Zoo. It was a freezing day at home but actually not that cold there. The girls had a really nice time and it was very quiet there. In fact, around 5 pm, we felt like we were the only ones there roaming around. I could easily see how that incident with the tigers could have happened...given that it also happened during closing time. We were fascinated by all the new "changes" and "precautions" after that incident.

Amanda's favorite part of the day was her mac and cheese which is only allowed to have ocassionally due to her allergies.
