Amanda's Birthday-July 27th

The girls made name tags for everyone, including Colin!

The cake was decorated by this really nice and friendly older, Asian lady at the ice cream shop. She seemed to take a real personal interest in her decorating and spent a long time with us, showing us pictures and chatting! Of course, the girls didn't mind because they were busy enjoying strawberry ice cream with sprinkles!

Amanda is two already! Our family came over for a prime rib meal(boo hoo...it didn't turn out yummy like it did for Randy's uncle a couples months back!) and ice cream cake! We all went together to order the cake and I suggested that Amanda should pick out her cake topper. She chose Thomas the Train! Randy really wanted Hello Kitty for her...so we did decide on Hello Kitty but Amanda's been obsessed with trains lately.....so as it turns out, Auntie Bonnie bought Amanda a Hello Kitty birthday present but she "took it back" and gave her some trains!!!! Yeah!!!
