The girls really enjoyed being able to play with Caitlynn and Kristie at HH.

It was fun having the Kuo girls over for a playdate and dinner! Thank goodness we still had the tutoring table out; otherwise, I don't know how we would have all fit!

One of Rachel's major accomplishments this summer is being to ride her bike without training wheels. It took her a long time to muster the courage to try but actually once she set her mind to doing it, it only took a few days to master it! I was really proud of her for wanting to do it herself and having the determination to keep trying!

Amanda has two jobs this summer...she is in charge of feeding "Keeto" the fish and helping Daddy to water the garden.

On those afternoons with nothing to do, the girls are trying to keep busy doing crafts.

By now it's July and I think I'm finally starting to get the hang of summer....I have no problems just lounging around doing nothing, especially in the evenings. The girls are also getting good at it too! Here they are after dinner just sitting around in the backyard being goofy!

Here is Amanda holding up a bunch of beans she just cut from the garden! She wants to share some with Colin and some with grandpa...so that means everyone gets....about 4 apiece!
